Every purchase is considered a Final Sale.
1.2 Order Confirmation & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm and secure your order.
- All payments are strictly non-refundable (no exceptions).
- No exceptions will be made once the transaction is complete.
1.3 Delivery & Inspection
- Packages are delivered sealed.
- "Check on door" or opening packages upon delivery is not permitted.
- If you're unsure about an item, we highly recommend visiting our physical store in Maadi to check or trying on any item before purchasing online.
